Ayamey Damiana Medina Roca (born 21 February 1998) is a Cuban weightlifter. She placed seventh in the women's 81kg category at the 2022 World Weightlifting Championships.[1] Medina qualified to represent Cuba at the 2024 Summer Olympicsbased on her world ranking.[2][3] During the women's 81kg weightlifting event, Medina failed several attempts and withdrew early due to injury.[4]
