Austin Brown (born October 22, 2003) is an American professional football safety for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Wisconsin Badgers.

Early life and high school
editBrown attended Johnston City High School in Johnston City, Illinois, and committed to play college football for the Wisconsin Badgers.[1]
College career
editBrown entered his true freshman season, competing for playing time and defensive snaps.[2] That season, he played in 13 games, making just two tackles.[3] In the 2023 season, Brown racked up 37 tackles and a sack.[4] During the 2024 season, he totaled 51 tackles as a starter.[5] In the 2025 season opener, Brown had a fumble recovery in a victory over Western Michigan.[6] In week 3, he tallied 11 tackles in a loss against Alabama.[7] Brown started all 12 games on the season, posting 52 tackles with one going for a loss, and three pass deflections.[8]
Professional career
editAfter not being selected in the 2026 NFL draft, Brown signed with the Indianapolis Colts as an undrafted free agent.[9][10]
