Althaf started his career with the film Premam as Jahangir on 2015.[1][2][3] In 2017, Althaf directed Njandukalude Nattil Oridavela which became a huge box office success.[4][5]

Althaf become best known for his role in the 2024 romantic comedy film Premalu.[6][7]
