Abu Anisa al-Dagestani (also known as Abu Muhammad ar-Rusi) was a Dagestani foreign fighter and commander in the Islamic State.[1][2]
He held a position in the Office for Methodological Inquiry, a Hazimi-controlled body under IS’ Delegated Committee.
He left IS in 2017.
