editHe placed tenth at the 2024 World Wrestling Championships in the 72 kg category.[1]
Aliev won the silver medal at the 2025 Asian Wrestling Championships in Amman and the bronze medal at the 2024 Asian Wrestling Championships in Bishkek.[2]
At the U23 level, he became the Asian champion in 2025 Asian U23 Wrestling Championships in Vũng Tàu and finished as runner-up in 2024 Asian U23 Wrestling Championships in Amman. He was also the 2023 Asian Junior Champion and runner-up at the 2024 junior continental championships.[3]
