A Death-Grip on Yesterday is the third studio album by American rock band Atreyu. It was released on March 28, 2006, through Victory Records. It debuted at number 9 on the Billboard 200.[3]

An instrumental version of the album, as well as The Curse, was released on iTunes on January 9, 2007.
