| Note: Match ended without a clear confirmation of the final whistle being blown as Celtic fans invaded the pitch after Celtic’s third goal in the 98th minute. It was later confirmed by the SPFL that the match had been officially ended. During the pitch invasion, Hearts players and staff were alleged to have been physically and verbally assaulted. Resulting in them being escorted out of Celtic Park, and not able to fulfil media commitments on personnel safety grounds.[14][15][16][17] | ||||
