The 2025 Pan American Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships was held in Asunción, Paraguay, from May 22 to 25 for juniors and from May 30 to June 1 2025 for seniors. The competition was organized by the Paraguayan Gymnastics Federation and approved by the International Gymnastics Federation.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8]
