The 2018 Arkansas Secretary of State election took place on November 6, 2018, to elect the Secretary of State of Arkansas. Incumbent Republican Mark Martin was term-limited and ineligible to seek re-election to a third term in office. Republican Arkansas Commissioner of State Lands John Thurston defeated Democrat Susan Inman to succeed Martin.[1] Primary elections were held on May 22.
