Tomáš Janotka (born 4 March 1982) is a Czech football manager and former player.[1]

Janotka joined reserve team Sigma Olomouc B as manager on 13 June 2023, taking over from Augustin Chromý.[2] On 29 May 2024, Janotka was appointed as the manager of Sigma Olomouc.[3]
Janotka was awarded as the manager of the 2023–24 Czech National Football League season by the League Football Association.[4]
