• Passes DYKcheck and copyvio check, both hooks look good/interesting and are backed by three WP:RS's. Article was created on 3 November 2025 and submitted as a DYK on 7 November 2025, so within the 7-day limit. No QPQ performed. Chili Stampede: I'm torn between your two hooks. What if the second was reworded to read something like:

...that GOAL included Bea Sprung among the 25 best wonderkids in women's football in 2023 and that she credits her competitive swimming background with her skills as a footballer?

There's something about the word 'or' in each hook that makes it a little awkward. I'm trying to reword the second to better link the two halves of the overall sentence. What do you think? Thanks! CaptainAngus (talk) 21:44, 30 November 2025 (UTC)

The issue here is that the hook proposal is complicated and could really be split into two separate hooks. How do these options sound instead?

ALT2 ... that GOAL included Bea Sprung among the 25 best wonderkids in women's football in 2023?

ALT3 ... that Bea Sprung credits her competitive swimming background with aiding her development as a footballer?
