Ella and the Sunday Sinners are an American band from Mobile, Alabama, blending elements of Southern soul, Red Dirt Country, Americana, and Southern rock.[1] Formed in 2019, the group is fronted by singer-songwriter Ella Salter.

History

Ella and the Sunday Sinners formed in 2019 in Mobile, Alabama.[1] The group's debut extended play, Trailer Trash, was released on November 22, 2024, through Edgewater Music Group.[2] The record includes songs such as "Trailer Trash" and "Try Jesus".[2] The band has also released singles including "Yellowhammer State" (2024) and the holiday collection Sinsational Christmas (2023).[3]

Live performances

The group performs regularly throughout the Southeastern United States, including festivals, private events, and regional venues.[4] Local media such as Lagniappe-Mobile have listed the band in event calendars,[5] and they have been featured on radio platforms including RedRadioShow.[6]
