There are several user scripts that allow users to perform one click archiving and multi-section archiving.
One click archiving (1CA)
editAdds "Archive" links to the top right of each talk page section. Clicking a link archives that section immediately.
The scripts use {{User:MiszaBot/config}} to determine how to archive the sections, which is the config for the most common archiving bot lowercase sigmabot III, which is used on about 80% of all talk pages with auto archiving set up.
 |  For pages that use a different archiving bot (e.g. ClueBot III which is used on the remaining 20% of talk pages with auto-archiving), the template {{Archive basics}} will have to be added to the page in order for archiving to work using 1-click archiving. |

Multi-section archiving (0CA)
editAdds a "ⵙCA" link to the "Tools" menu (called "More" in Vector 2010). Clicking that link puts the page in a mode where you can select which sections to archive, then press an additional button to complete all the archiving at once.

Usage
editPlease consider not using any of these tools on talk pages you're otherwise not involved in. Also please respect local consensus regarding archiving old discussions; for instance, if you see parameters for an archive bot, that probably means you archiving (using these tools or otherwise) isn't necessary or even appreciated.[a] Also please consider not emptying out talk pages completely or reducing the number of topics below four (4). Some editors find a blanked-out talk page[b] visually jarring/unfamiliar and significantly less welcoming to newbie editors (keeping some existing discussions - even if very old - is a very user-friendly way of saying "you are welcome to contribute here").
