Copyright violation. Tagged fair use, {{PD-TR-Gov}}, and PD-self. The image fails WP:NFCC#3 since there are many images like this one in the article. Image claims to show subject table dancing but there is not really any way of verifying this, as such it could potentailly violate WP:BLP. Maybe the person is just climbing up/over the bar, maybe they're screwing in a light bulb, from the picture it is impossible to tell and there are no reilable sources to confirm the description. There may well be personality rights issues with the photo it seems to have little encyclopaedic value, not being a good representation of what it is meant to illustrate. Neutral, I really don't think BLP is an issue here, as no one is identified in the image. However, the image isn't a very good illustration of the topic. I'm not sure I'd want to argue for deletion unless it can be superseded by a better image. --Core desat 03:53, 24 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Allowing it, but limiting its use too. This is not normally acceptable under GFDL. If you leave the permission section empty it defers to the licence you have chosen. By stating specifically "permission granted for use on Wikipedia" this means you are giving permission for use on Wikipedia only. Click on the "Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0" link on the image page and you will see that the license you have chosen allows the image to be used and/or edited anywhere (but attribution must be given to you), but by making your statement you are limiting its use to WP.
