editHi! Short descriptions are supposed to be "short" don't over-explain them as you did. Vestrian24Bio 10:32, 17 May 2026 (UTC)
- @Vestrian24Bio Of which article's short description did I over-explain? RudraaC (talk) 15:44, 17 May 2026 (UTC)
- Just saying "cricket stadium" or "international cricket stadium" or even "international cricket stadium in India" is enough, no need to include it's detailed location in the short description. Vestrian24Bio 04:24, 19 May 2026 (UTC)
- @Vestrian24Bio Why? How can someone know the individuality of a particular stadium in the midst of thousands of other stadiums? We should atleast include the exact city name so that one can recognise the particular area in which it is located in a country as short descriptions provide sovereign feeling to a location, object or a person and is also the most relevant part of an article to a reader. RudraaC (talk) 17:20, 20 May 2026 (UTC)
- They can just read the article for that kind of details. Vestrian24Bio 16:55, 21 May 2026 (UTC)
