Question from Vincordian (04:33, 22 May 2026)
editDo you consider the source editing version of the editor advantageous compared to the visual editing version? --Vincordian (talk) 04:33, 22 May 2026 (UTC)
- I do! I exclusively use the source editor because I like being able to do everything I need from the keyboard, instead of having to go back and forth with the mouse. I also find that the source editor allows me to do stuff faster, such as linking to pages faster. There is definitely a little bit of a learning curve that comes along with learning how wikitext works, but I very much prefer using source over visual. 「Norellia.sh」Formally NuggFrog (talk) 22:16, 22 May 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks! What do you recommend as a guide to learn it? Do you use it as if it's a language e.g. HTML Vincordian (talk) 20:24, 24 May 2026 (UTC)
- Take a look at H:WT. Thats the documentation for how to use Wikitext properly. It's very documentation-y, but start simple, and from there you'll get really good at using it :) 「Norellia.sh」Formally NuggFrog (talk) 03:11, 25 May 2026 (UTC)

UV or RedWarn?
editI recently got into anti-vandal work, and wanted to know if Ultraviolet or RedWarn is better. Thanks, AZenit3 (talk) 07:20, 24 May 2026 (UTC)
- I have personally only used Ultraviolet. I used it, I really liked it, and I stuck with it. I personally just like the more modern look of the tool, and I find that it's super easy and simple to use. I know that some people definitely have arguments for them using RedWard over UV, but I've always used UV, and I like it much more than RW. It's definitely just personal preference though. I'd try both and see what you like! 「Norellia.sh」Formally NuggFrog (talk) 03:13, 25 May 2026 (UTC)
Question from Chanduvirani (18:49, 24 May 2026)
editI made a wiki sandbox page for album named DAYDREAMER, also you can check so can you help me to guide it and make a perfect wiki page. Also it will be helpful for me and learn new things. --Chanduvirani (talk) 18:49, 24 May 2026 (UTC)
- So, just taking a quick glance over it, there are a couple massive issues that scream out to me right when I open the article. Looking at your sourcing, you need to have more sources that meet the guidelines found at WP:RS. Social media posts should basically never be used as reliable sources for any article, and I've seen very few circumstances where they work. There is also a major notability issue that I'm seeing reading through this. None of your sources show any indication that the article passes WP:NALBUM. I'd highly recommend looking through these guidelines before you resubmit. Just look over all of the pages linked, and implement that into your article. The prose contained in your article is fairly decent, and I think this is a good start to the article. If you'd like help with the content, I'd reach out to WP:ALBUMS, and I'd bet they'd be willing to help ya out :) 「Norellia.sh」Formally NuggFrog (talk) 03:26, 25 May 2026 (UTC)
CVUA?
editAlso, I looked at CVU/A but there were no free trainers, thought I'd ask you. AZenit3 [Chat?-stuff I've done] 01:42, 25 May 2026 (UTC)
- So I am currently at my max amount of students. Three is a lot of people to constantly be watching over to ensure that they make good reverts all the time. However, if you would like, I can reach back out to you whenever a spot opens up! You just might have to pop in here every once and a while, just to make sure this doesn't autoarchive. I'd be happy to have ya, I just can't fit a 4th into my program at this moment until someone graduates. 「Norellia.sh」Formally NuggFrog (talk) 03:30, 25 May 2026 (UTC)
- Okay! I saw that you have three students, and I can wait. Ping me here or on my talk page once you have an open spot. AZenit3 [Chat?-stuff I've done] 05:28, 25 May 2026 (UTC)

- Personally, with the time that I have with the projects that I'm working on, I can't create the article. However, I'd highly recommend you look into the WP:AFC process. This is the page creation route that most beginners use to start writing articles, and I think that you'll find this very helpful. I'd be happy to help advise you on the creation process, but I don't have the time to do most of the article writing as of now. Once you create the draft, feel free to link the draft here, and I'd be happy to supervise :) 「Norellia.sh」Formally NuggFrog (talk) 11:40, 28 May 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you so much and that's perfectly ok! I would love to send you the draft link for feedback once it's fully prepared!! Illinoiswhales (talk) 13:21, 1 June 2026 (UTC)
Question from Crankinsurf (05:36, 28 May 2026)
editThere is another edit but the reference comes from a podcast I did with the subject. I'm not sure how to do that. --Crankinsurf (talk) 05:36, 28 May 2026 (UTC)
- Apologies, but I'm not 100% sure what you are asking, do you mind rephrasing? 「Norellia.sh」Formally NuggFrog (talk) 11:41, 28 May 2026 (UTC)
nugg frog
editWhere did Nugg frog go? Wallpaperwizard (talk) 03:47, 30 May 2026 (UTC)
- And why the hell would you get rid of such an awesome name such as nugget frog? Wallpaperwizard (talk) 03:48, 30 May 2026 (UTC)
- NuggFrog was my former online identity, and has been since like 6th grade. I've been slowly migrating to this username across all my platforms, such as Discord. It makes it easier for people to recognize me across various communication channels. Plus, NuggFrog represented an old era of myself, and Norellia is the new era :) 「Norellia.sh」Formally NuggFrog (talk) 03:56, 30 May 2026 (UTC)

Mario & Luigi verifiability issue
editHi! I'm the GA nominator for Mario & Luigi. Thank you for the thorough work you've done so far on the GA review; I've been following along but thought it best to leave addressing your current comment (and potential future comments) until after you'd finished everything.
That said, I've noticed that the next line to be reviewed as part of the source spot-check isn't really supported by the current citations. I didn't see anything suggesting that Chihiro Fujioka founded Alphadream, nor can I find anything else that says so. Plus, I do have a reliable source stating that Tetsuo Mizuno founded the company, but it is not attributed to the statement in the article as of right now, and the sources that are don't necessarily suggest he did. I figured it was best to let you know, to save you a little bit of work and because I thought changing or removing the article's statement/sources before you'd reached it in the spot-check would be unhelpful. Squitor!!! (say hi, i won't bite) 22:25, 30 May 2026 (UTC)
- Oh you are all good! Once you get around to adding the source, just let me know and I can go ahead and take a quick peak at it :) 「Norellia.sh」Formally NuggFrog (talk) 04:15, 1 June 2026 (UTC)
- @Norellia.sh Alrighty, it's been added! I also noticed that the sentence following it could've used some citations so I went ahead and added some sources there too. Squitor!!! (say hi, i won't bite) 13:19, 1 June 2026 (UTC)
- Cheers, I appreciate it. I'll count that in the spot check, so if the graph looks a little funky, that's why :) 「Norellia.sh」Formally NuggFrog (talk) 14:14, 1 June 2026 (UTC)

Question from SailientIntelligence (09:19, 31 May 2026)
editHello! Great to meet you. I am creating my first company page. I've started a company and have my copy written. Do I simply paste it into the article? --SailientIntelligence (talk) 09:19, 31 May 2026 (UTC)
- Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia! If it's your first article, I'd highly recommend putting the article into draftspace and sending it into WP:AFC. There reviewers can take a look at the article and help you detect problems with the article before it's displayed on the main site. Just take a look at that link there and it'll tell you more information. Let me know if you have any further questions :) 「Norellia.sh」Formally NuggFrog (talk) 04:17, 1 June 2026 (UTC)
I am a amazed since l was not really registering for being an editor my main reason was to get information from Wikipedia nothing else. --Bragik (talk) 05:07, 1 June 2026 (UTC)
- That's exactly how I started editing on here! I originally just created my account thinking that it would allow me to use Wikipedia better, but I ended up finding out that editing felt very rewarding, so here I am! 「Norellia.sh」Formally NuggFrog (talk) 14:17, 1 June 2026 (UTC)
Looking for Counter-Vandalism Instructors
editHello I am Staticspector (talk) 07:37, 1 June 2026 (UTC) I was doing some research into counter vandalism to learn how to get more advance at catching vandal. I came across the counter vandalism unit article page and noticed that i could request for an instructor. i did notice that you have a few different people training under you so if you didn't have the time i understand. I hope to hear from and that I can learn to become a better counter vandal with your guidance thank you for your time have a good day. Staticspector (talk) 07:37, 1 June 2026 (UTC)
- Howdy! I appreciate you reaching out to me, however, I currently can't take on more students. Three is already a lot, and I don't have time to take on another right now. I also am currently building up a little bit of a backlog of people who want to be trained, so I'd recommend checking back later to see if my queue has cleared up. However, I do recommend to just WP:BEBOLD and just go try and make some reverts! That's how I learned. You certainly don't need the academy to be good at counter-vandalism. If you ever have any questions about anything, I'd be happy to help! Just leave a message on my talk page and I'd be happy to assist :) 「Norellia.sh」Formally NuggFrog (talk) 14:20, 1 June 2026 (UTC)
- i really appreciate the guidance and if i have any questions I will definitely be coming here to ask for some help thank you for you're time have a great day. Staticspector (talk) 16:47, 1 June 2026 (UTC)
