About me
I have been editing since 2019, though I have become more active since 2022. My work is primarily in WP:WPVA topics, including WP:GA reviews, with a focus on 20th-century Western art and visual culture, especially in Central and Eastern Europe. I also contribute to related areas of European intellectual and political history, and occasionally edit on topics connected to commercial aviation.

I hold a Ph.D., which may help me navigate certain humanities subjects and scholarship more efficiently. However, I don't believe that my academic credentials alone make me a more competent Wikipedia editor. Wikipedia depends on reliable sourcing and shared responsibility, and if I fall short of these standards, I welcome reminders on my talk page.

Current projects

I have recently begun working on Kazimir Malevich. My goal, over time, is to meaningfully expand the artist's biography, clean up sources, and improve the overall quality of the article. It's a long-term project and I would warmly welcome editors who are willing to collaborate.

Progress as of April 2026: revised the period of 1879-1915.

My current GA nomination: Group of Four Trees (Jean Dubuffet) | My current GA reviews: none |
