Closure to public

The December 19, 2002 Olympian article quoted in this section is describing a plan that was never implemented: "...but was saved by eliminating public access and cutting 81 of 114 paid positions.[19]." The State Library was never closed to the public, nor did it experience this number of RIFs. This statement could mislead Wiki readers that the library is closed and/or unavailable. A better article to sum up the early 2000s might be this one from January 19, 2004 Olympian, "State library survives transformation." Mpschaff (talk)

New building
