Performance tests
editIn Finland all professional trade schooling is assesed by performance tests. There might be one or two written exams if needed. For example a mathematics test if the trade uses lots of mathematics or language tests. The test themself are freely distributed by the board of education, so you can read what are the things you need to show you can do. For example in logistics schooling there is packing,inventory management, new warehouse plannig etc. All those test are described so that they can be administerd uniformally in all trade scools and the emplyees know what skills and on what level the graduate has shown to have.Linkato1 (talk) 06:58, 13 April 2023 (UTC)[1]
