Please note that I have suggested removing the state identification from the article titles that have unambiguous combined-area identifiers. The MOS:USPLACE custom of requiring inclusion of the state name does not seem to be applied to such areas. (See, e.g., Boise metropolitan area, Chattanooga metropolitan area, Memphis metropolitan area and Nashville metropolitan area.)
I have placed RM discussion notices on the talk pages of all of those articles.
