Merging both Predators articles
editI propose that both Orlando Predators articles be merged into one article and describe the history similar to how the Arena Football League article is published. Like this:
"The Orlando Predators can refer to one of two successive professional indoor American football teams based in Orlando, Florida."
Any thoughts? VyveGuy1 (talk) 07:36, 25 January 2024 (UTC)
- Yes, I 100% agree with you. I think it would make things much more clear as the current team brands themselves as a continuation of the original team. Lavertyphlsoul (talk) 15:37, 2 February 2024 (UTC)
- It doesn't matter how they "brand" themselves. Wikipedia is not the place to try and give semi-pro teams legitimacy by hijacking old team names. ~WikiOriginal-9~ (talk) 15:03, 3 April 2025 (UTC)
- Oppose The two AFL's are distinct entities. The new league is full of semi-pro CIF teams. ~WikiOriginal-9~ (talk) 15:00, 30 May 2024 (UTC)
