[...] It looks like New Ottawa Arena being a capitalised proper name is an enwiki fiction. It should be moved to New Ottawa arena (or Proposed Ottawa arena or something else along those lines). Not opposed to a set index article at Ottawa arena or Ottawa stadium, however. User:J947
