Hindi, Tamil versions look dubbed

Yeah it's obvious. These 'pan-Indian' filmmakers are scammers because they want the benefits of straight films without working too much for them. We can only prove the Hindi Kuberaa is dubbed with sources. Kailash29792 (talk) 01:10, 16 April 2025 (UTC)

The film is set in Mumbai, so there's a chance of original Hindi dialogues, however I am unsure if it can be termed as original Hindi version. As of now, there aren't any sources that clearly says the Hindi version is dubbed. Jayanthkumar123 (talk) 06:38, 16 April 2025 (UTC)

Removing Tamil and Hindi from infobox after trailer release

The trailer is dubbed in Tamil and Hindi clearly. Since I have sources claiming the Tamil and Hindi version are dubbed, I will remove them from the infobox: . Partially reshot

I agree with @Gokul BM:. , the Tamil dialogue "En ulagamum idu dhaan" has been reshot. I have copied the format of Vimanam / Ramam Raghavam since they reshot 1 few second dialogue for a 2+ hour movie. @Kailash29792:

Also, The Telegraph source seems to be inaccurate since I have found another source confirming only the Hindi version as dubbed .

Regarding the CBFC, it's hard to say for the Tamil version but the Hindi version is 100% dubbed. DareshMohan (talk) 03:39, 18 June 2025 (UTC)

Language

The Tamil version looks mostly dubbed and partially reshot when compared to the Telugu version. Most or probably the entire dialogues of the lead cast clearly looks dubbed, including some of Dhanush's. I don't see a lip sync with the dialogues of the majority of the other actors, except Dhanush. Maybe that's why the Tamil version failed. Kammula scammed Tamil audiences by calling it a dubbed film and large audiences avoided the film after the first few fell victim. Kailash29792 (talk) 07:24, 6 August 2025 (UTC)

@Jayanthkumar123: I have seen the film, it's not dubbed/partially reshot. Most, if not all of Dhanush and Rashmika Mandanna's dialogues are reshot in Tamil. Nagarjuna also has some reshot dialogues (every shot without his wife) and even his wife has a different name in the Tamil version. Jim Sarbh and Dalip Tahil had dialogues shot in Telugu/Hindi/English and since they are not local actors this shouldn't be considered. Moreover, the film features several Tamil actors: K. Bhagyaraj, Nassar, Bagavathi Perumal, Jayaprakash, Azhagam Perumal and Krisha Kurup. Only actors I would say have lip sync issues throughout is Jim Sarbh, Dalip Tahil and Sunaina (as well as the "Poyiraa Mama" song in Tamil), which isn't enough to change the wording. I don't know what exact dialogues you are speaking of, but most/every dialogue of Nagarjuna seems to be dubbed. From the first dialogue, I have compared the Tamil version dialogues with Telugu version dialogue lip-sync and there's a similarity, making it dubbed. Yes, Dhanush could have reshot the dialogues, but can't say the same for Rashmika Mandanna. There is lip-sync with the dialogues in the Telugu version which involved Mumbai-based and other actors (Jim Sarbh, Jayaprakash and Dalip Tahil etc.).
