Kidnapping of Czech tourists in BalochistanKidnappings of Antonie Chrástecká and Hana Humpálová – To make title more precise and for consistency with other kidnapping-related articles. Comment — Could you provide some examples of this being the normal convention for kidnapping-related articles? Garnet Moss (talk) 23:35, 23 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

To add to this: from a look at the various "Kidnappings in the xxxx's" cats, it does look like the "kidnapping of X" articles typically name the victims, but we also have some outliers such as 2011 Estonian cyclists abduction, among others. I would usually default to the common name here, but it does seem reasonable to name the victims, if there were fewer than 3, in any case. ASUKITE 17:00, 28 February 2025 (UTC)Reply
Of course.
Please inform me if these examples are not sufficient. Regards, Grumpylawnchair (talk) 23:27, 28 February 2025 (UTC)Reply
