Can't we identify what O'Neill did before Yale? He attended Yale from 1986 to 1990, completing his undergraduate degree during that time. And he would have been form 1968-1970. He might have parents? What does concurrently mean in "was planning to concurrently appoint "? Normally, it means at the same time. Here, what is being done or happening at the same time as the appointment?
