Soil moisture levels sub-article created

edit

Just a heads up that Gravitational water was created an article and I moved it to the more general Soil moisture levels and tried to clean it up. The initial creation may indicate that this article is overly difficult to consume. Commander Keane (talk) 14:20, 7 November 2025 (UTC)Reply

Measurement mechanisms can be introduced?

edit

Users of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Drought_in_Turkey (and 3 more pages with the image there) could be interested in measurement methods used for measuring soil moisture. Ozan Ogreden (talk) 15:57, 25 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

@Oguzhanogreden Sounds good - hope you can do it Chidgk1 (talk) 15:10, 27 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

"15 bar suction" can be contextualized

edit

The "depth of water" at which wilting starts is quite concrete for lay readers. How forceful 15 bar suction is can be less so. Adding information can be engaging for curious minds. Ozan Ogreden (talk) 16:32, 25 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
