Twitter as a ‘reliable source’

edit

Added personal life context regarding NXT Takeover Brooklyn matched deleted multiple times due to a twitter source and yet previous information regarding CM Punk (also from Twitter source) remains? 2A00:23C7:AD1D:FF01:2879:DEE5:C7C2:3DCD (talk) 12:50, 5 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Cora JadeBrianna Coda – Current name, since leaving WWE. Requested by Ebfan312, and added move by User:PawPatroler. PawPatroler (talk) 05:58, 14 June 2025 (UTC)Reply

Oppose - Brianna Coda is her birthname. She is best known by her ring name of Cora Jade. She is currently using the ring name Elayna Black. It would either be Cora Jade or Elayna Black, not Brianna Coda. CeltBrowne (talk) 12:05, 14 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
I meant to do Elayna Black request was made on my behalf i agree with Elayna Black. Ebfan312 (talk) 02:20, 15 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
  • Oppose. It would be Cora Jade. As per Celt and commonname. Most of the references called her as a Cora Jade. Fade258 (talk) 15:58, 14 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
Everything else has and is changing to Elayna Black, all socials, IMDB, even google is recognising her as Elayna Black over Cora Jade now it's only fitting to change it now since shes currently back under Elayna Black and likely won't go back to WWE for awhile let alone using Cora Jade again. Ebfan312 (talk) 02:21, 15 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
Yes, I agree with you on that but regarding article titles for professional wrestlers and entertainers it should follow the most commonly recognized name in reliable sources as per commonname. She has been widely known as Cora Jade after joining WWE. After she's being released by WWE and joining Independent circuit, she reverting herself as Elayna Black. I see both names (Cora and Elayna) in most of the references mentioned at the article. So, I am reconsidering my opinion in changing it into Elyana Black. Thank You! • Wow, I was expecting the usual "change to Elayna Black, she is working under that name now". Oppose, she has worked for years as Cora Jade with the largest promotion in the world. Right now, the WP:COMMONNAME is Cora Jade. She is not working as Brianna Coda, no reason to change the name to an obscure name. --HHH Pedrigree (talk) 10:15, 15 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
Oppose for the same reasons every time someone leaves a company. — Czello (music) 10:18, 15 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
Oppose - only working indie dates and bookings under that name, not notable, similar to HHH Pedirgree's point. Lemonademan22 (talk) 19:26, 15 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
