I draftified this article because every reference but two is or seems nonexistent or is completely unrelated. (I recognize that in the case of the references without links, the titles might not be findable via Google on account of being translations.) This leaves me suspicious of the factuality of the article altogether, though not enough to have it deleted, as WP:N might be met and there may be some truth in it verifiable by some reliable source. As this article was just created, the 404s cannot be explained as having been removed by their respective sites since publication.
