Armstrong Investigation → Armstrong investigation – This does not appear to be a proper noun. A review of Google Scholar and Ngram results does not show a need for uppercase. The second word is not capitalized in the body of the Wikipedia article. This is also not the formal name of the investigation. — BarrelProof (talk) 02:04, 12 April 2026 (UTC)
