Needs Updated due to the movie Exhibiting Forgiveness
editHer voice and intensity caught my attention in the 2024 movie Exhibiting Forgiveness, and apparently, I'm not alone: she won for Best Original Song, "Bricks", at the 2025 African-American Film Critics Association Awards and was nominated for Outstanding Original Song by the Black Reel Awards.
This movie is listed in the Filmography but not the Acting section, and her award and nomination for Bricks are not mentioned in the Awards and Nominations section -- though both are mentioned at Exhibiting Forgiveness and List of awards and nominations received by Andra Day.
The other references in the Acting section need to be updated and smoothed over as well, because they're speaking in future tense about things that are now presumably past. I just don't have time right now to check and double-check everything to set this right, so I'm just making note here of the serious need to update this page.
