Russian letters

Adding sources from russian wiki

Hey! soo I was wondering if anyone knows where the article on the Russian Wikipedia went? Did it get deleted? I went back to see if I could grab some sources, but it literally said the English Wikipedia has the article. Where did it go!? Robloxguest3 (talk) 19:11, 21 January 2026 (UTC)

  .РУС is the proper Cyrillic spelling. Or, if we want to stick to latin/english , we could instead move it to .RUS, which is the translation of .РУС. So .РУС or .RUS would be "proper" Robloxguest3 (talk) 22:13, 14 February 2026 (UTC)

  I'd say that the only way someone would find the article is from "See Also" in .ru article.

  In the russian wiki, .pyc article is called .rus.

  Also, if there isn't anything wrong with Cyrillc, why can't we move it to .РУС

  It would also make extremely easier to search, because if you searched .pyc now, it would go to python, and you would need to click on "Not be confused by .pyc internet TLD"

  To clarify: The current title .рус is already written in lowercase Cyrillic. It should not be moved to uppercase Cyrillic, for the reasons I've pointed out above.

  Translate .РУС and you will get .rus

  Because .pyc in latin isn't really the right term. If we really want to have in latin, we should use .rus. Otherwise use .РУС in Cyrillic.
