Kuffour is a product of a number of academies and played his first senior football in non-League football. He transferred to Colchester United in 2025. On 16 May 2026 the club announced it had extended the player's contract.[3]

editKuffour was born in Germany, the son of Ghanaian former international footballer Samuel Kuffour.[4]
