As this image is based on data available in 2014, a number of things have changed. Most notably: Type III-A and Type III-B CRISPR-Cas systems (and for that matter presumably all type III systems) target ssRNA and additionally exhibit collateral ssDNase activity. Also, interference includes ribonucleases Csx1 and Csm6, which are allosterically activated by cyclic oligoadenylates (synthesized by the palm domain of the interference complex).
