Inclusion at both Spain teams articles

Given the persistent addition of this to the Spain women's national football team article without a non-free media rationale, I have now added the template here myself. I've filled in the basics, effectively copying the rationale for the use at Spain men's national football team. If there's any discussion about this file in the women's team article, cross-posting – or just having the discussion at the article – may be more effective as the users who kept improperly adding it don't seem to know about the file page. Now in Wikimedia commons

From 2023 on, the graphically identical file Escudo selección española.png (only as PNG, not as SVG) is hosted in Wikimedia commons. It seems the logo is safe there, not being attacked by our own doubts of having to delete it. If so, this file here with a non-free media rationale would not be necessary any more..ThomasPusch (talk) 08:17, 12 December 2025 (UTC)
