This 2007 Picture of the Year image was marked with {{fairusereduce}}. Given that the object that is copyrighted is the multistory artwork, a screen-sized image of the artwork would by definition seem to qualify as a significantly smaller version of the artwork. After all, the photograph is not the copyrighted material (it is licensed under CC-BY-SA-2.5), it is the structure that is copyrighted.
