Wrapped PNG

This "SVG" is really just a giant PNG blob embedded inside an SVG. Wouldn't it make more sense to extract this to File:Emblem_of_Popular_Forces.png? Laura240406 (talk) 12:46, 30 June 2025 (UTC)
