Description

Danger! Beware of upskirt peekers! A warning-sign at Kichijoji station. Japan is a very graphic culture, and here we can see one example of that. I guess peeping-toms are common enough in Japan to post warnings about them, but i never saw one like this anywhere except on Kichijoji station. Note that this is a printed paper taped on the post and not a very official-looking sign, is it? I wonder who put this up, like said this is not a wide campaign at all.

Short skirts are very common in Japan.
