Watercolour of the The Chantry probably 37-41 Watergate, Grantham by John Chessell Buckler (1793-1894). This late Medievalbuilding was demolished in 1839, or slightly before,and the bay window was reused on the frontage of an Estate house at Belton, Lincolnshire by the architect Anthony Salvin. A fine stone built house with the hall alongside the street with a cross-range.
