English: In 1993, Ebon Fisher began to build a set piece for his multimedia world, the AlulA Dimension. The structure was built into his loft on Grand Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and served as a node for media experiments that connected live and internet-based performances.Fisher’s roommate, Hafsa Ibrahim had to either climb through or around the structure to get to her room.
