English: The mosque is located in the old town of Tbilisi, in the vicinity of the Kura River, offering halal food around the mosque restaurants, and the hot water bath of Tbilisi sulfur is located near the mosque. Most Tbilisi Muslims from Shiite and Sunni come to the mosque for worship
The architecture of the mosque is a blend of Islamic architecture of Iran and Azerbaijan. Inside and outside the mosque is decorated with tiny blue tiles decorated with Islamic designs and embellished with God's names. Foreign mosque decorations are very similar to mosques in Iran, while the decorations inside it are more like mosques in Turkey.
