Picture of situation card for PanzerBlitz board game. This picture of the card was taken by the uploader, who release unconditionally any rights they may have to the public domain. However, the copyright to the card itself (which is really the only copyright holder) is held by its maker, so it may only be used in article discussing the card. Fair use is justified, as this reproduction, is of such low quality, it can't possibly be used in reproduction of the card.
