Charlton Comics published several comic books in 1966 and 1967 with defective copyright notices, including Blue Beetle (vol. 4) #1 (June 1967), which was the first appearance of The Question. This comic book appears to have no copyright notice at all. Charlton usually put it on the 2nd page below the advertisement, which can be seen at the Blue Beetle link, while for Mysterious Suspense it is missing, which can also be seen in other sources like
