Other information	Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because: It illustrates an educational article about the comic book artist who is the inker of this cover. The image is used as one of the primary means of visual identification of the article topic. The image is from an historically significant early issue of the comic book, which is a key issue of pencil artist Jack Kirby's "Fourth World" series of titles as DC Comics, and which is used in a section specifically discussing Kirby & Colletta's artistic teaming on those titles. Kirby specifically requested that of all his frequent inkers Colletta be the one to help launch these series of titles. An article on Vince Colletta cannot be comprehensive without an example of his 1970s DC Comics / Fourth World work with Jack Kirby. This is a particularly clear example of Colletta's inking. The use of the cover will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original. In particular, copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the comic book. It is a low-resolution image. The image is only a small portion of the commercial product.
