| Description |
A visual pattern consisting of two superimposed sine wave gratings. Upon prolonged observation, perception starts to waver. During stochastic intervals, the green line patterns seem to dominate over the red grating and vice versa. This is a classical demonstration of the phenomenon of monocular rivalry. |
