This is because it is serving the purpose which the author wished to serve (e.g. showing the undermined side of Kasur and depicting its vibrancy). This will also be used on no other Wikipedia article other than the article on Kasur because it solely serves its purpose alone and there are little to no other alternatives to present the cityscape of Kasur. Furthermore, an important point is that the image is of required resolution, meaning that the resolution of the file is as much as necessary and it is not of a greater resolution than needed. |
