עברית: נשיא המדינה יצחק הרצוג מקבל את כתבי ההאמנה של השגרירים החדשים בישראל של מולדובה, גאנה, זימבבואה, ניו זילנד, מונגוליה, ולראשונה פלאו עם תחילת תפקידם כשגרירי מדינותיהם בישראל, בסדרת טקסים רשמיים בבית הנשיא. עם הגעת השגרירים נוגן המנון מדינתם על ידי תזמורת צה"ל ולאחר מכן סקרו השגרירים את משמר הכבוד הצה"לי ברחבת הטקס. לאחר הגשת כתבי ההאמנה לנשיא, הנשיא קיים פגישה עם כל שגריר, ולאחר מכן חתם כל אחד בספר האורחים של בית הנשיא. בסיום כל טקס נוגנה "התקווה". הראשון להגיש את כתב ההאמנה שלו לנשיא המדינה היה שגריר מולדובה, מר אלכסנדר רויטמאן, שכיהן כממונה על שגרירות מולדובה בישראל. לאחר מכן קיבל הנשיא את כתב ההאמנתה של שגרירת גאנה, לידייה אופוסואה אמרטיי, לשעבר סגנית שגריר גאנה במצרים. השגריר השלישי שהגיש את כתב ההאמנתו לנשיא היה שגריר זימבבואה, שאינו תושב, מרשל אוויר (בדימוס), שבא שומביאוונדה, המכהן כשגריר זימבבואה למצרים מאז 2019. לאחר מכן הנשיא קיבל את כתב ההאמנתה של שגרירת ניו זילנד שאינה תושבת, זואי קולסון-סינקלר, אשר מכהנת במקביל כשגרירת ניו זילנד לטורקיה, אזברייג'ן, וירדן. השגריר החמישי שהגיש לנשיא את כתב ההאמנתו היה שגריר מונגוליה שאינו תושב, מונקאבייר גומבוסורן, לשעבר ראש עיריית בירת מונגוליה אולן בטור, ושר הבנייה וההתפתחות העירונית בממשלת מונגוליה, אשר מכהן במקביל כשגריר מונגוליה בטורקיה ובאזברייג'ן. לסיום, העניקה שגרירת פלאו, אילנה סייד, שגרירתה של פלאו באומות המאוחדות, את כתב ההאמנתה לנשיא. שסיפרה לנשיא בגאווה על שורשיה היהודים, כנכדתה של יהודי מקליפורניה שנלחם בחיל האוויר קנדי במלחמת העולם השנייה ביבשת אירופה. יום שני, ו' בחשוון, 31 באוקטובר. קרדיט צילום: קובי גדעון/לע"מ. בתמונה: נשיא המדינה יצחק הרצוג עם שגרירת פלאו, אילנה סייד. |
