| Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8) | The file is de facto free to use, because the magazine that owned its copyright, Ćao Tifa, has been defunct since September 1992, while it's photographer, Milovan Đorić, has been deceased since May 1994. Hence, the file has been in common use in the Former Yugoslavia for decades, as can be seen by the fact that is has been published on the ultra group's official website even though the group did not own the original copyright nor did it subsequently purchase it. The file's purpose is to depict the group prior to the onset of the Bosnian War. |
