Summary and fair use rationale

The logo depicted above is that of Romanian record label Electrecord. This logo dates back from 1932, and was never changed, until today. However, the combination of colours as depicted above (blue background vs white foreground) wasn't unique; most often, one might find the logo with a neutral background (white) and drawn in black.
The image above was found on www.international-records.com. We believe that implementing it with English Wikipedia constitutes a fair use, taking into account that it was uploaded here only to illustrate the respective company's logo. Moreover, its very low resolution cannot set this image as the starting point for any illegality.
