Summary
editAn advertising flyer for El Apóstol, released in 1917 in Argentina. Because it was first published before 1927, it is in the public domain in the United States. The flyer was most likely created by the producer, Frederico Valle. Because Valle died in 1960, the image will not enter the public domain in Argentina until 2031. The image was taken from Giannalberto Bendazzi's 2017 book Twice the First: Quirino Cristiani and the Animated Feature Film.

Also note that this image may not be in the public domain in the 9th Circuit if it was first published on or after July 1, 1909 in noncompliance with US formalities, unless the author is known to have died in 1955 or earlier (more than 70 years ago) or the work was created in 1905 or earlier (more than 120 years ago.)
This file will not be in the public domain in both its home country and the United States until January 1, 2031 and should not be transferred to Wikimedia Commons until that date, as Commons requires that images be free in the source country and in the United States.
