Reason: Wallachia and Moldavia were never formally annexed into the Ottoman Empire and hence could have never possibly been organized into vilayets. The two countries had already united into the Principality of Romania in 1859. Completely arbitrary division of Wallachia into two purpotred sanjaks that never existed, corresponding to the geographical regions of Muntenia and Oltenia, the border between the two also being wrong.
